Well its new thread for discussion about unofficial or chinese builds citra 3ds emulator.

My tests chinese build on some games. I delete all links to download the build so videos its just demonstration how build work.

It's a closed source version of Citra that apparently gets updated every few days. Can play some games better at a higher fps but no one knows what they do to achieve this.

There is a chrome extension that supports regex called pagemonitor. You can set the check interval (I have mine set to two minutes but you can set it to a day or something as well), put it on the relevant page and it will check if an update has occurred and give you a notification and sound when a new version appears.

chinese build let you choose languages , let you choose input touch , have giroscope function, speed increase , fullscreen support.... far far than official build sably . I don't understand why Citra Team don't put fullscreen , input selection , languages selection to the master branch :-(

Why don't you ask Citra Team about that ? Auto for languages need to be include too. So it can change language when it recognize game regions. I should ask them as well.

Yeah. They use SSE instrucrions of cpu to increase speed. I use sse4 version and got big fps increase. Also in chinese build have avx exe (for avx instructions) and sse3.

Usually not open source, violating GPL, with code they didn't bother to get reviewed by project maintainers.

Not any but, smt 4,fe awakening,fe fates works. Not sure about other smt but maybe work too.

Hm i think its playable. Fps highee than in official builds and i think you can complete the games. Here is video test smt4 and other games create by our emu-land forum user pedro.

He use i5 3,5Ghz cpu with sse4 build (chinese)

I7 3770 3.6 ghz
gtx 970
10gb ram
