    Hacking Booting CFW successfully

I compiled bannana2's edits, but I haven't tested them yet as I flashed my NAND back to 9.2. If anyone wants a compiled version, here it is. Notice: I did not write any of the changes in, so the credits for the fix goes to bannana2. https://dl.orangedox.com/b1q8mm9cdb7jj33b0D/arm9_code.bin

Hacking Moving EmuNAND Partition to SysNAND (Linux)

Not sure if this is thread-worthy, so I'll post it here. Feel free to make it into a thread if you choose. This is a short tutorial on how to write your EmuNAND partition to your SysNAND safely without the hardmod. You would want to do this if you want to revert back to your original NAND you...

Hacking Moving EmuNAND Partition to SysNAND (Linux)

I wanted to play around a bit with Yifan's 3DS Spider Tools on the latest firmware. Also, I sort of want to jump into the whole 3DS hacking scene, as I found the buffer exploit in the 3DS browser to be quite cool, so I might play around with that. Thank you for your post! I'll compare the...

Hacking Moving EmuNAND Partition to SysNAND (Linux)

Hey guys, I downgraded my 9.2 3DS to 4.2 with the Gateway Launcher.dat so I could use the profile exploit. Before the downgrade, however, I backed up my 9.2 SysNAND. I wrote that backup to an SD Card that can successfully boot up 9.2 in EmuNAND. I did lose my original NAND.bin because I broke...

Hacking [Noob] Nand Back up ?

You can do many things with the backup NAND.bin. 1. You can create an EmuNAND partition with it. This is useful if you, for instance, downgrade to 4.5 and want to use EmuNAND with your backup. 2. You can restore your SysNAND using your NAND.bin, by going into the Gateway menu, by holding up...

    Homebrew Are 9.5 guys screwed?

Most of the exploits used in Ninjhax were patched by that update. If another exploit was found in the system that Cubic Ninja can access, yeah. But I wouldn't press my luck on that anytime soon. If you have a NAND backup, I'd suggest restoring.

Homebrew [Beta] Spider DS Profile RopLoader (4.x only)

GovanifY's CFW seems to crash when I load it, but Palentine's works. The only issue I have with Palentine's is that I can't seem to load over the BigBlueMenu CIA. I'll try testing a bit more with GovanifY's, then I'll call it a day :/

    Hacking [Tutorial] 4.5 SysNAND + 4.5 CFW + 9.4 EmuNAND without Gateway

Hey guys, The gateway downgrade took me to 4.2.0-9U. When I try to launch the 4.2.0-9U CFW, it works, but I cannot install BigBlueMenu or even DevMenu. It seems as if the program hangs for a bit, then says that the connection doesn't work. Immediately when this error message happens, the CFW...

    Homebrew Would this be possible?

The reason the QR code in Cubic Ninja could be exploited was because the bounds weren't checked in the QR code. This was just a simple flaw in the development of Cubic Ninja, and it isn't in every game. Hell, if it was in every game, we'd have hacks left and right.

One of the sites that weren't blocked on the school's network was some file uploading sites. I would upload some games, write down the URL and take it to school one day.

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
