    You have to drag over the patcher both the nsp update and the full game at the same time.

    The pak is smaller because it is compressed, so yes, delete the old pak. If you have an updated version of the game, the patch will overwrite the update files, so, if you care about it, you can drag the base game and the nsp update together over the patcher and you'll get a pak containing both...

    Use SX OS 1.7 or wait for an update (SciresM has improved the compatibility of the layeredFS module with the firmware 6.0, so i'm sure a new version will be released soon).

    Are you sure you've all the needed keys in the file "keys.txt"? Are you dragging only the xci or the nsp update too? Are you sure your dump isn't corrupted? I've tested the patcher with a xci dump without having any issue.
