First I tried the CFW Pro C2 6.61
Then I removed it and tried the Pro C3
Removed it again
Reformated the PSP
Installed the Pro C2 with the infinity
Reformated again
Installed LME
The same problem happened
I some of my friends(and some people on this Thread) said that I should change the Memory stick to see if something changes, and that's what I'm RN, I already ordered one an it's expected to come in day 31, until then, only 3DS and Ace Attorney to play.
pro C3? that doesnt exist, also, you wont see games on LCFW if its not activated

as someone said above .emulators work if u put them in the GAME folder and without the need of a custom firmware if i remember right. but for the iso/cso games u need to make urself an ISO folder in the root.and before trying the games did u check if the cfw is active, cause i know i had a pro b9 onetimes that required to be activated everytime i opened te psp
I can start the games normally
But, in some point of the game, it crashes
With Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories, the game starts the introduction(that cutscene with the game theme and some flashes of the game in it) but, after that, the loading screen appears, and won't load anymore, also the memory card led stays on(without flashing like would normally do, if there was a problem with the reading)
Probably its something with the adapter, but I won't be able to know if its until my order arrives...
Edit: Yeah, I put the games at the ISO folder in the root of the SD

you have an SD card instead of a memstick? try formatting it from the PSP, maybe that will solve it

Uh...
Yeah
I Have the memory stick adapter with a 8GB Micro SDHC card in it
And I already did that, I didn't worked.
Edit: The one I have here is the same model as this one, but it's older, and I accidentally sent my jeans to laundry, and a few days later, I noticed that this was in my pocket(yeah, I'm a idiot)

Honestly it sounds to me like your SD card or adaptor is the issue. The issue you mentioned with GTA cinched it for me. Your issues seem to revolve around times the PSP needs to load large amounts of data from the card. I highly doubt that the console is bricked from the sound of things, and while it's possible that some hardware bit is failing, the PSP is a surprisingly resilient little handheld so I doubt that.

wait, it was the the SD card and NOT the adapter? i guess it makes sense, i once thought that my DS flashcart was about to get bricked but then i changed the SD and it worked fine (till it timebombed that is, fucking dicks)
