Heyo! I am here to simply ask what the best approach to learning C or C++ for 3DS homebrew would be, or if there is somewhere else I should start. I took a small stab at 3DS homebrew a while back, only to face the hurdle of not knowing C or C++ very well. Any answer is appreciated!

Go to the library and get some books. They usually are a good start.
As for what books?...

Well, choose your preferred University, go into their web page, look for a good looking class on programming, take a look at the class contents on the web page and "suggested literature", take note, and then go to the library.
You could also look for suggestions, but I find this latter method good enough for quite a lot of topics.

Whenever I want to learn a new programming language I look at some simple programs to know the basics, then I set myself a little project. The project could be a simple text adventure or something. I then make it googling what I need, when I keep doing this I start to remember commands and the syntax.
