I am currently using Rominator but i cant help thinkin theres somethin missing from this one, are there any others out there that are more upto date with such features like screenshots, boxarts and maybe game descriptions....

I think the only updated ROM manager is Rominator. It gets unofficial updates, and there is a thread for these updates. I'll add the link once I found it.

How about Windows Explorer? It always knows what you want. You can make infinite subfolders, rename all of the ROM's, even trim them with certain programs launchable from Windows Explorer!
