Solution
I can confirm the game works with the instructions on the page I'm posting, I beated the game and the only problem was a little lag when changing map.
If that doesn't work for you then you just need to download it from somewhere else, some uploaders just forget to completely change the Game ID and the Global ID of the eboot, and that's why it freezes.
