Does someone know a free VPN or a way that can unblock Netflix ?

You are not likely to find a free VPN that supports Netflix, as Netflix actively bans known VPNs and there is a lot of effort and cost required to keep getting new IPs to make Netflix work again.
Go for one that specifically says it has Netflix support and make sure they are actively unblocking it, no general-purpose VPN is going to work because they are all banned.
