I've been thinking about buying a GBA to play GB AND GBA games, instead of only GBA on my current DS Lite. However, I'm Dutch, so I'm not going to spend any money on the games, so I wanted to buy a flash cart. The problem is: I want to play both GB and GBA games, using a micro SD. Preferably supporting games using real life time to keep track. What flash cart should I use?

In order to do that you'll need to buy an old GBA flash cart, plus a GB to GBA bridge. The bridge and the associated GBA cart are over 10 years old, so you're not going to find any. Your only reasonable choice is getting two separate flash carts.
