Now it's been awhile since you said you are gonna fix the problem with the sky3ds blue button and nothing yet

I live in the other side of the world and I paid a lot of money to get it now I have the right to know if you are serious about fixing it or should I throw it away

I mean I bought the 3ds because of fire emblem and PXZ GAMES

if they won't work anymore then you just destroyed my enjoyment of my 3ds consol and btw I can't buy the sky3ds orange button ..

I need an answer
