I was just wondering if there are any basic tools (preferably free) where you can mess around and build your own apps to run on an iPod Touch? Nothing major, and I don't expect to create anything amazing, basically just try something new.

Any ideas are welcomed

Dragonfire SDK for Window OS

iOS SDK for Mac OS

None are free (unless you pirate them).

Took me 2 minutes to google this information.

Thanks for the reply, but I was hoping for homebrew tools to create simple apps to run on a JailBroken Ipod? if thats possible?
