When you take a picture in the psp XMB even if you havee the sound of it play a sound, is there a plugin to disable this (for 6.xx) ?

i don't think so
the sound comes from the camera it's in the hardware so...

no it comes from the speakers not from the camera.

This is not possible. Mostly this was because, especially in Japan, pervs were using it to take up skirt pics of women. The sound can't be disabled for this reason. Groping on trains is still apparently ok though

It's a legal thing, all cameras need to do this when taking a picture. Same reason why the DSi/3DS and most cell phones make sounds as well.
