Hey there, i already update my template to 0226 and write the fire emblem fate special edition to mmc. But after i insert my sky3ds flash cart ( after do the usual step of course) , my n3dsxl cant recognize my flashcart (blank, no game). Why is like that? Can someone help me?

Note : my n3dsxl is on banned waiting time

It means your rom and/or header is not the same region as your 3DS.

The fix for that is to get a different version of the rom and/or use a different header.

My n3dsxl is usa region and i downloaded the usa ver rom. So how i change my header?

The template file has the header information. headers are traded like roms, so I can't help you find a new one.

It is more likely the rom itself or what you are doing that causes the problem, whatever "after do the usual step of course" is.

The blue button cannot play Fates, only the Orange, as far as i know.
