My question is this, I want to "have it all" a New Nintendo 3ds that has a 3ds cart (GW or something so that .3ds games can be put onto THAT microsd card) and has access to all things cfw be it luma+b9s or any other configuration that would work with the latest firmware in any and all instances without any caveats. I've scoured gbatemp and its infinite knowledge but it doesn't seem to be something that's setup that way in any given tutorial I have found. Similarly I have not found anything through duckduckgo an Google as far as postings for peoples opinions for the "best set up" for all given instances of HB like custom themes, the ability to use godmode to manipulate brightness and other such things that gm9 gives, access to all games including DS and things of that nature. If I have to buy 2 carts to be able to accomplish that so be it but anyone's suggestion would be appreciated. Hopefully without all the added "n00b hahahaha" or "google is your friend" stuff because up to this point it has not been.

I appreciate anyone's serious help as I'm sure this could be useful to a lot of people. I will note that I have access and have used 3ds.guide to set up a new 2dsxl but I want it all and it only has luma+b9s and have r4i gold already set up for that configuration.

Solution
Might help some people, not talking specifically just to OP, but anyone in general with similar questions:
Buying a cartridge for any reason other than running ntrboothax/magnethax is pointless. Just buy a very large microSD card. 128GB or higher. Follow the guide.
You don't need to store anything on a flashcart these days and it's easier to just store it all on the 3DS and use a FTP client to manage everything wirelessly.
Running .3ds games isn't the way to go, just install the game to the console on the microSD card. Why? Why not? Why boot up HBL to click a icon to play the game when it's already on the home menu...
If you're the "I don't wanna get banned" guy then I get that, but unless you cheat online and are obviously...

If you're the "I don't wanna get banned" guy then I get that, but unless you cheat online and are obviously hacking/cheating, you aren't going to get banned. Simply put the big N can't do shit about us running CFW or games installed with freeshop, ciangel, etc. If you cheat online then expect a ban. If you do anything stupid to advertise you have it modded, expect a ban.
Custom Themes: Anomonome (Spell check that) is the best, period.
HB: Homebrew Launcher, obviously. Though is it essentially useless unless you just MUST run the .3ds files.
Godmode9 scripts: There is a master thread of scripts here on Temp. Find it. Download the whole package in one nice zip, and install them all at one time. You don't have to use them, but you should have them regardless.
LED's: don't even bother, I think luma has a dimming feature? Could be wrong, just use that. No one cares about LED's except when we want to shut them off or dim them.
NDS games: Dude just go buy a NDS, a R4 for like $3-$5 and a large microSD card or use a PC emulator. It just doesn't run good enough on 3DS right now. Accept that now.
If you buy 2 carts, then just buy a large microSD and make your life easier, no one uses them and they are only useful for installing CFW.
Freeshop, CIAngel, that ISO site, that 3DS title key site, the 3ds guide, smealum, ....there are many useful code words to give a google. GitHub is your friend, but only if it's the right GitHub...
Twitter. Find the creators of these homebrew application's Twitters. You will be suprised at how much they truely do for us (the world, tbh) - hell, some even live stream while they mod, code, break into stuff, test stuff.
I learned a ton by watching them do things on streams and never even had to talk to them, they were nice enough to slow down and answer any questions all the time without bitching about it, they did it in a helpful manner.

You're not a noob, we all have to learn these things eventually. The ones who complain about people wanting to learn are the reason why the progress of the hacking community is toxic. Asking questions creates solutions.

People if you have knowledge about a topic and someone wants to learn, teach them, some day they may surpass everyone else and begin to teach us.

So the thing of it is, when looking and considering these options it's like how I look at buy a PC, if the one that I have has a dualbay HDD/SSD why wouldn't I take advantage of the extra storage space and use them both independantly. Maybe Dual Boot the OS or something along those lines. Why have the functionality of one thing without ever having access to the other <3

@Vahnyyz
Run games from a device notorious for failing or from the console itself. That's the comparison.
Once the card installs the firmware it's a paper weight. Buy the cheapest one compatible with NTRBOOT and understand that they just aren't viable.
These days they install things. They are the butter robot of the 3DS community. It only serves one purpose. (Because it fails too much to be as reliable as the console)
**Though. If you do find one that can install NTRBOOTHAX and then be converted back that does solve your random need to play NDS games, find a card that will play NDS games as well and use it for that. On a NDS tho...

@SirNapkin1334
It's not viable enough. The failure and issue rate are not worth using it.
