Why is there nobody on the Nintendo WFC Alternative server?

I have a hacked wii and i play games though wiiflow.I changed my DNS so i could play online.I also used a cheat for NO SSL.I was playing Mario kart wii.I choose wifi connection and then i pressed Worldwide Matches.Not 1 person shows up.Why is that?Can someone play with me?Are the alternative servers really garbage?

You mus usw riivolution for it. Maybe you want play costum tracks in mkw. Search for mrbeanvr35000 in YouTube. He created one video about it.
