Review Approach:

First ever review, didn't feel like reviewing as I'm not a Temp reviewer nor do I know what to write exactly. However, being an Xbox fanatic, I wouldn't mind give it a shot.
The 360 features a removable harddrive. Harddrives come in 20, 60, 120, 250, 320 and as of now 500 GB. The harddrive is used to store Games, DLC, XBLA, Gamertags, Music, Avatar data as well as provide compatibility for original Xbox games.
Tmart.com was so nice to provide me with a review sample.
This 320 GB harddisk came neatly packaged after some communication with one of the representatives.
Tho the packaging looks like it's been shaken around a bit during transport, as long as the contents of it are safe and secure.

After fully unwrapping the HDD and giving it a closer inspection, I noticed that the casing itself feels a bit sturdier then the official MS casings.
To me surprise, the decal said 320 GB HDD.
Which is a very nice addition!
Over all, the colour scheme matches that of the HDD's found on the White 360's as well as upgrade HDD's retailed by MS.
The sides of it are a shiny grey and the decal is sturdy aluminium.
Looking at the back, they provided clear information on how to insert it in the 360, a bit obvious but for unknowing parents it's a blessing

Knowing me, I couldn't resist taking a peek inside the HDD.
As I suspected, it's a 320 GB WD Scorpio blue harddisk.

After installing the drive in me 360 and formatting it, I was greeted with a sea of HDD space!
A very nice welcome after having a skinny 120 GB in me 360.

After copying over every Save, DLC, XBLA, Gamertag, Picture, Music, Video and all the other things I had stored on me old HDD, it was time to give it a shot.
Installing games to it was no big deal, booting them and waiting for the 360 to load everything from the HDD was nice and quick.
I'm very satisfied with the results of the upgrade and can finally no longer worry about running out of HDD space.

Verdict

What I Liked ...
  • Cheap 3rd party storage device
  • Nice 320 GB HDD decal
  • Sturdy casing
  • Extremely easy to install and setup
  • Fits snug
What I Didn't Like ...
  • No Xbox emulator.
  • Doesn't really match good on the black "Elite" consoles

Presentation
Nice packaging, includes a mark on the size on the exterior. Wrapped in bubble plastic and held in by plastic brackets.

Lasting Appeal
Nice big 320 GB decal, solid casing. Sea of space for tons of DLC and games.

Overall

For me, it's incredibly easy to inject the Emulator partition into the drive. However for people that have less knowledge about it, it can be a hassle. Then again, It's a very cheap alternative for official MS harddisks. I'd definitely recommend this if you're looking for a cheap upgrade for your current 360 HDD.
It looks pretty high-quality for a knock-off, an untrained eye could be fooled into thinking it's the real deal. Interesting, especially if it's good value. Western Digital is a trustworthy enough brand, so this is really not half bad. :yay:

I wanna grab a 360 Slim and a 360 E one of these days. Missed the boat of getting them at their lowest though, once they were discontinued. Could've got them for cheap back when I was a broke 20 something working at Target, but then again, I was a broke 20 something working at Target
