    Navigate to the r4isdhc and expand that... you'll get a bunch. You might need an older kernel like the 1.x.

    Try the ones listed under r4isdhc.com from here https://linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/ Some old cards won't work with sd cards bigger than 2GB, so watch for that if you arent sure and make sure you format with FAT32 (use the SD Formatter Utility and not Windows).

    even if you homebrew your dsi (which i completely recommend), you'll want a classic kernel of some kind to boot into ds mode. compatibility is higher than with twilight.

    test the sd card on a computer... maybe it just got scrambled somehow. I'd try to take what I can off of it and reformat as FAT32 with the office "SD card formatter" app. Then just the approriate software on there and see what happens.
