    Since must people so far have been assholes, no one currently knows when the 3DS will be hacked. What I do think is there probably won't be flashcarts, it will more then likely be either a software or hardware hack. The DSTWO is good, get one/

    Try installing the IOS required by your System Menu using showmiiwads?? This might be out of my knowledge, hopefully @XFlak or @DeadlyFoez can help you. EDIT: Tagging doesn't seem to work, so I'll shoot a PM over to XFlak and JoostinOnline.

    Try installing a emulated nand with modmii, see if your wiimote syncs. If not, install priiloader to your stock nand. If that loads, your Bluetooth module is broke.

    It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
