Battle.net is required to play Diablo IV on PC Game Pass

    B...b..but that's not Microsoft's fault

Pokemon fangame hosting website "Relic Castle" taken down by The Pokemon Company

Pretty humiliating, one indy game puts them to shame. Running scared of anything even remotely "threatening" to the trash pumped out with Pokémon branding I guess (not really but I like this narrative as it fits how toxic they've been)

Apple is being sued for antitrust violations by the Department of Justice of the US

Good luck I'm waiting, far from the first time they've done this.

'Alpha Protocol', Obsidian's espionage RPG, returns to PC with GOG launch

Always good to see things being preserved in a way, but this game was poor even when at launch, years back.

Denuvo unveils new technology "TraceMark" aimed to watermark and easily trace leaked games

This is 100% what is going to happen. Has this already been used? "The watermark technology which Denuvo unveiled is apparently already trusted by Hollywood, paid-TV and sports leagues. "

Nintendo sends DMCA notices for "syspatch-updater" homebrew app by iTotalJustice

You aren't excite to have a reported, report of remastered, reported report?

Nintendo sends DMCA notices for "syspatch-updater" homebrew app by iTotalJustice

Switch 2 must really be closed, even by Nintendo standards they're really going at it lately

Leak claims a PlayStation 5 Pro will launch later this year

Personally I'd rather they take a break from pushing marketing and insisting on 8k talk. Stick with 4k and get good games, running at consistent and reliable rates. More importantly enjoyable games. I feel 8k, is going to be not that worth it, diminishing returns over 4k (granted not even really 8k)

Yuzu emulator shutting down, paying Nintendo 2.4 million in lawsuit settlement

Is this act of aggression confirmation that the Switch 2 is literally a switch hacksawed in half, then each piece glued to another switch? (Sticking with the tradition these past couple decades)

Nintendo is suing the Yuzu emulator team

Seems Palworld has the abusive partner venting in any direction they can 😅

Editorial Pokemon, Pals, and Pain - Scarlet’s January of gaming

I've been enjoying it and it's not my kind of game usually (I did like Grounded a couple of years back until the Devs started ignoring fan feedback). While playing Palworld, I keep stopping and thinking to myself how unrefined a lot of the mechanics, gameplay and especially story are, but for...

Palworld becomes the 2nd highest "All-Time Peak" game with concurrent players in Steam's history

You were mistaken, once again. You're the person who brought the switch hardware into this. Now your trying to swing around, again, that the Switch hardware is different to pc/Xbox hardware, it is. The Switch is 720p, surprised you didn't know this. You keep abandoning your point to argue from...

Palworld becomes the 2nd highest "All-Time Peak" game with concurrent players in Steam's history

I'm not sure if you're intentionally making things up, in an attempt to defend your mistake? You're the one who went off on a tangent about performance? Lol, kid

Palworld becomes the 2nd highest "All-Time Peak" game with concurrent players in Steam's history

Wow kid, relax, lol Do you even have a Switch, have you played or seen any games? There are many games better than this. Lol You're clearly the desperate person crying to Nintendo and any Pokémon company which will listen, hahaha lol (fitting with your apparent requirements, assume lol...

Palworld becomes the 2nd highest "All-Time Peak" game with concurrent players in Steam's history

Ok, thanks for your input, I guess...lol? I'm curious why you focused entirely on guns, but omitted large world, good frame rate, human "pals", good frame rates, coop, the host of other features not present in Pokémon?

Palworld becomes the 2nd highest "All-Time Peak" game with concurrent players in Steam's history

The thing is, the game is Early Access and still has bugs as well as lacking polish BUT is fun, so the the problems are very easily overlooked. I've never played Pokémon, never been my kind of game (so I thought). Whilst there have been some good releases years back, I can't help but feel bad...

'Avowed' gets new gameplay trailer and release window

Thanks for listing. You're aware there is also a very large list of developers/publishers who have made great games years back, but more recently... Only worse when you consider they're now owned by Microsoft.

'Avowed' gets new gameplay trailer and release window

So glad this is on GamPass, with this Devs history, I wouldn't want to stump up cash

Square Enix plans to release fewer games in an attempt to ensure higher quality games

Not SquareSoft, but could really see Rocksteady going the same way in time. These studios pop up with a fantastic and enjoyable experience, often with some new takes on gameplay or mechanics. If the publisher doesn't bury them, they're bought out and force to make trash, barely a single person...

Further information about the upcoming Nintendo Switch "Mig Switch" flashcart has been revealed

Not to sound like I received a new foil hat for Xmas, but if this is Russian connected in any way, I imagine extra pressure will be used. Extra support even to shut this down even quicker than usual.
