    Try changing this line: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra/blob/master/src/citra/emu_window/emu_window_glfw.cpp#L73 to use 'GL_FALSE'. Citra currently boots dozens of games, but most are generally less-well-known 3rd party titles. The two games you mentioned do not currently boot.

    It only needs cmake, Visual Studio and Git to build the commandline version on Windows. You'll additionally need Qt if you want the debugger/GUI. This is documented here: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra/wiki/Windows-Build. The other things you listed are all included in your checkout.

    HandleInfoType is an enum. Depending on what integer value you pass to it, you'll get a different field of information about the handle back in "out". Should be easy enough to figure out what the valid values in the enum are.

    Can confirm... The zip I submitted in my above post draws a cluster of black triangles. With L + R you can zoom in/out, and move/rotate it with the other buttons. So, as a GPU example, seems like it does its purpose... I'll leave it as an exercise to the keen reader to fix the model :P
