    If you play on PC, you could fix it with commands, and afak it also was part of the unofficial patch which is on consoles. Bear in mind, that most likely the update will not fix that bug in your savefile and only fix it in new saves (if it even fixes it), just as the unofficial patch does.

    Why ninja'd? NUSspli has been doing the same for almost 3 years now (with the titlekey algorithm working from within NUSspli, 4 years in total) and afak, there hasn't been any kind of legal trouble.
