    I've got 4.1.0-0E on my O3DS, so this should let me install a browser and have ninjhax or Pasta CFW working if I use PBT-CFW, like mentioned above... Updating "Internet Browser" (0004003000009D02) and "NVer" (000400DB00016102) should turn 4.1.0-0E into 4.1.0-8E...
