freeShop gives you access to multiple region's titles, you can download foreign games like that if you want. (provided its titlekey has been uploaded.)

Not hard at all usually. I love video games so much dude, even if there's nothing "calling out" to me I can always count on a favorite RPG and just have a good time. It's almost like meditation... clears my mind while grinding levels and listening to great music.

tikShop works, be sure to run tikSweep after you do because tikShop downloads every ticket available in the eShop. tikSweep gets rid of the ones you don't need.

a flashcart is a cartridge that lets you run roms from a microSD card.
the pokemon rom was possibly put through a randomizer and placed onto the sd card, letting it be played on the cartridge.

Oh man I messed up, tikShop is after, not before transfer.
You do not run tikShop/tiksweep on your N3DS, only on your N2DS at very end.
well, I can't say for sure if it'll work on anything above 11.6.0, since that is the latest firmware currently.
you can run tikShop anytime before transferring stuff.
on a side-note, tikShop gives you tickets for everything on the eShop, so I'd recommend running tikSweep on your N2DS after...
if they get permission from 4j (the studio who helped put minecraft on consoles), they could put the console edition tutorial worlds in the game, as seeds
and i mean all of them (if not, maybe a few highlights, like TU1, TU31, and TU69)
