    You do realize we've had this on linux for quite awhile? The only time the switch has overheated in my experience is if you tried to overclock it, and even then it turns itself off if it gets too hot (like most modern things).

    Yes. For any of the switch hacks out right now (except for something like pegaswitch and the old 3.0 hblauncher) you need to go into rcm mode. Send a payload, and then your done. The payload is just telling the switch to boot a file from the sd card basically.

    It uses atmosphere for one, and this isn't a new cfw. It's just a bundle of homebrew/atmosphere. One might even call it, dare I say, a "Homebrew Starter Pack". Not a seperate cfw.

    I don't think 4.0.1 really offers anything special if you wanna just update to 4.1.

    Just edit the nsp in a hex editor. It takes like two seconds.

    Octopath definitely works on 4.1. Try zeroing out the required systemversion manually in a hex editor. Install with tinfoil too.
