You are correct, I am using a NTSC iso on my PAL WiiU.. hopefully I can get this working fine as No More Heroes (at least the first one) was heavily censored in the PAL release which kind of ruined the game style for me. Great tool, I've spent the last few weeks adding most of my GC/Wii games in as VC injected titles. Most of them work great.. but there are some I can't get working. I know this might be the wrong place to ask about this.. but for some reason since trying out NTR streaming I can no longer get the bottom screen working no matter what option I set (always appears as a black screen) and can't seem to break 23fps anymore, even when using a USB wifi dongle...- MaelstromAlpha

I can't get this to work on my NTSC-U D2CKEY'd Wii. Regionfrii and Brickblocked it, tried that.. shows the intro screen on the disc channel, then nothing.. black screen. Tried it with the iso "as is" and still nothing. This was the DAGGER released.. wonder if the GAME0VER one is different?- MaelstromAlpha

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
