I vaguely remember similar reports. It's why I never bothered looking into it. Having an alternative online service is great, but if they can't keep the drama out of it then expect a bad time.
It's different. What it does is creates a network tunnel to allow system-link capable games to be played over the internet. Insignia is an Xbox Live recreation.
Kinda why I don’t give it a thought. FPGA emulation is great on paper, but I’m not spending money when it funds degens who are ultimately bad for the retro community, contributions aside. Just my opinion though. I still believe original hardware can’t be beat.
I'm asking to make sure that I have my ducks in order before I take it apart and get stuck somewhere. Asking about thermal paste is not the same thing as a screwdriver. Weird comparison..
I'd love to switch to Linux full time, and I think I'm closer now than I've ever been... However, game developers and their hilariously bad misconceptions about Linux make it hard. That and Parsec can't be hosted on Linux at this time.
Alright, I've got an OLED I'd like to mod. What are the cliffnotes here? If I purchase the correct kit and appropriate wire, do I need anything else? Thermal paste/pads? A LOT of information to sift through here, some of which confuses me.
i dont know why tv manufactures put the hdmi ports in dumb locations so the cables have to stick out, and then down, putting strain on the ports. Instead of having the ports along the bottom edge of the tv facing downwards.
I downloaded XP on dialup when it came out. Overnights for like a week. cuz I couldn't tie up the phone line during the day. It was so awesome and worked so great going from ME to XP.
