There are so many political contradictions in that video that I fail to see how it is effective, except in lying in what this "waste" is and where it comes from, borderline racism, and after examining their website, phony "non-partisan" populist claptrap. No doubt that the "activist" elements of the capitalist bourgeoisie will find it effective for their ends, however.
