Hardware can't install Direct X Sound Jun 2010 ?

My computer has a lot of hardware and software errors, damn.


anyway, I installed Sonic Mania on my pc, but I can't hear anything on the game, it's currently asking for me to install Jun 2010 XAudio2, but everytime I try to install it, it says Error installing, check DXERROR and DirectX.log, the file doesn't seem to exist on anywhere.

What can I do? I really want play Sonic Mania ;-;
