GCN Extract JPG Frames from THP File?

Hi,

I have some .thp files that I'd like to extract the JPG frames from. I found this thread: http://www.gc-forever.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=608 where it was described that a program called THPView could be used, along with a now-dead link to download it at. I found a thpview.exe from the source code of the Gcube emulator on the internet, but when I try to run "thpview -x file.thp" (in the directory with my .thp files and without quotes of course) nothing happens. Am I using the program wrong, do I need a different thpview.exe, or is there another way to extract the frames from THP files?

I say it's a dead link because it was hosted on Megaupload, which is no longer around. I can hardly even find any information on THPView, how to use it, etc.
