Here, we actually have a funny saying that translates to "whoever walks at night, steps on mud and shit"

But yeah, shit should be treated the same as mud, so as it's been suggested before:

Wipe it on nearby grass or snow.

Snow can be tricky, but on grass it's easy. Wipe as much as you can, then take them off and douse them with high pressure water from a hose (stand a bit far away though as bits can go flying all over the place)!
