N64 injects are somewhat better on Wii U than original Wii, Emulators? the same as Wii because there's no 64 emulator for Wii U.
Is there a list for what's compatible and what isn't?

recently a mod of not64 has been made (maybe by fix94 i'm not sure...).And it gives better results than the older one on wii...
I'll say its really not woth it no matter how much they try to improve that emulator it will always be just a limited Wii emulator.
Yeah but alot of games are still a graphical mess no matter if you're using the glide version or the rise version.
It's a continuation of Wii64 not a fork of Not64, though there were certain commits of Not64 that were used in its development.
FIX94 released not too long ago Wii64 1.2, based on the improvements that Emukidid made trough the years since 1.1 was launched and is compatible with the Gamepad, also runs some games better depending on which version you use: Glide or Rice

I can confirm what linkchidori said. The upgraded wii64 is great. Games that didn't work before like banjo-tooie and donkey kong 64, work now. Anyone know how to add the box art images to it?
Ok so my big question is how much better is not64 on wii u vs wii is it worth it for me to get the wii u?
If you want to be able to play on the Wii U gamepad (so off tv play) and overclocking then get the Wii U
Not64 is a Wii hombrew so is Wii compatible too, but if you use Homebrew Launcher on Wii U you can use the Wii U Clock speeds to boost up Not64 framerate, this also applies to WiiSX-R and virtually any homebrew
So you can basically get less frameskip and smoother gameplay?

Yes to both, depend on the emulator of course, but most are emulators of consoles which are in RetroArch anyways.
EDIT: Oh, sorry, it doesnt have Frameskip, but anyway, i think you should try to use the latest Wii64 1.2 too
