How do I transfer my m3 perfect sav files into my EZ flash IV?

I don't think the M3 used compressed or headered/footered saves for the GBA side of things. As such they should just transfer by copy and paste (and maybe a rename).

If not try importing it into VBA (import battery save) and exporting it back out (export battery save) and then copy and paste (and maybe rename).

There's also the gba save file converter(though you might just not need to use it).
