Yo guys!

I just recently purchased an Ion Tailgater speaker! It's incredible with the volume, but there is almost no bass with this speaker! Even with equalizers (via my phone) I am not able to increase the bass to my music without significantly distorting the music

Is there any attachment I can buy that will increase the bass? And I mean floor rocking bass! Perhaps I can buy an aux cord with two female ends which will allow me to use two speakers at once: my ion tailgater and a speaker dedicated to bass...

That would cost a lot of money, though

It seems the Tailgater is a simple speaker design.

I suggest returning it and getting a more expensive ION one.
A mate of mine also has an ION speaker, costed him 500 quid iirc but that thing is loud and has a pretty neat bass level.
Feelable even.

I don't see why you couldn't split your inputs (it is not like they are powering the speakers), send one to your speaker, another to a low pass filter and then onto a speaker with better low frequency response. Bonus is you can often also find centre/LFE speakers from home theatre type systems for next to nothing.
