You may even have a 64bit CPU already. If you already have a 64bit CPU, then you can install Windows 10 64Bit without a problem. All modern CPU's are 64bit.
If you still have a 32bit CPU, then your system must be VERY old. Cheap $300 laptops even come with a 64bit CPU and OS. lol.
