Hi to all, it's good to be here
The name's Christoph, but everybody calls me Krikke, so feel free to do so.
I'm Belgian, 30 years old.
I stumbled upon Gbatemp in my search for an english patch for a certain jp-only released game, so I figured I should stick around and intro myself.

Favorite game ever: Final Fantasy 8. I don't mean to start shizzle regarding the 7 vs 8 stuff, it's just my opinion
I often indulge on RPG's in general because of the stories that are in them and the ton of options you (most of the time) have during battles. And I love exploring where the game tells me not to (yet)
Aside from that, I play LoL a lot and while I have tried other MOBA's, none of them really stuck like this one so far.

I consider myself a helpful guy, though overly so sometimes, or unasked and an overly curious person to boot. So do feel free to bluntly stop me from asking too much, my curiousity often gets the better of me.

Having said that, I wish everybody here a merry x-mas and the best of wishes for new year!

Nah, we're just all a bunch of fanboys who are either 13 or have owned Nintendo consoles since we were 6

Out of curiosity, what JP only game did you patch?

oh I didn't patch it, there's a team on here working on an english translation of the game: Super Robot Taisen OG saga, Mugen no frontier Exceed. I intend to help them get the word out regarding their work.

though i can't fully agree to the best part, it certainly is up there in my book
personally, i loved the ATE-system in FF9 ^^
