Hey guys, how can I play a game like Suiokoden 2 on my Vita?

Can't seem to make sense of the hacking side of things

It's a PS1 game apparently? sure you can

Install a PSP mode hack like Adrenaline and set it up
Convert game to eboot using a tool such as PSX2PSP (some manual conversions possibly needed beforehand if your dump has .wav, .ape or .bin.ecm files or multiple tracks)
Put eboot in ux0:/pspemu [or whatever drive you use for Adrenaline]/PSP/GAME/arbitrary name/EBOOT.PBP
Run it like any other PSP game
[install the CDDA plugin to enable streaming audio, if the game uses it AND you included it by doing the conversions I alluded to]

thanks man, what is straming audio?
Some games store their music as regular (well, creative proprietary format) data files, some use the ISO Mode 2 features (optimizing media files with no error correction and some guarantee of on-the-fly reading), others use standard audio CD tracks that can be played (against warnings in the manual) in almost every audio CD compatible machine of the last 20 years - it's this latter kind that doesn't work out of the box in POPS (the PS1 mode of PSP, not to be confused with the equally named PS1 emulator for PS2) :)
