So I just got a computer that can handle Dolphin like a dream and it made me get to thinking of the possibilities of Gamecube game hacking and modding. I was wondering if there were any tools made for Pokémon Colosseum or XD specifically. I did a quick Google search and didn't find anything. I'm a tad ambitious and I wanted to try and recreate a few maps and events from Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen in the Colosseum engine, if not from the more refined XD base. I know the FR/LG models are in the game from the Battle mode, so I was thinking that could be a good start, but without any tools, I have no means of trying even a simple model swap. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

I haven't seen map edits, but Randomisers and trainer edits are already a thing. Look into Pokemon Mausoleum and Pokemon XG for the only ROM hacks I'm aware exist. There are randomiser tools available for Colosseum but I don't think they were ever ported to Windows. Good if you have a Mac for some reason though.

Sorry for the late reply, I've been a bit busy, but thanks Petrucci for the tutorial. And unfortunately, I only have a PC, so no Mac. But thanks anyway, Scarlet.
