It seems someone is digging up old film rights (we have a mad max game along before too long).
Anyway this is a greatest hits of the first three Rambo films (the old ones) with Teyon at the helm. Never heard of the dev before? They tend to deal mostly in DS, DSiware and 3ds shovelware, adventure/hidden object titles for the same (good for what they are, hardly great) and similar sorts of things, though they do make the Heavy Fire series (a middle of the road to bad rail shooter/lightgun type game). Indeed looking at the video below it seems this is much the same as those but with some quick time events thrown in and called stealth sections.
It would be unwise to expect much here, though the greatest hits model worked reasonably well when Hitman did it.
