If people are upset about a potential lack of piracy, I think we should go out of our way to upset them.

no scene has or can thrive without "piracy" it is plain as that
and there WILL be "piracy"
probably sooner rather than later
even if it involves a chip or flashcard which it most likely will
there is a huge incentive

the carts are just a chip with the game on it so if you copy the encypted data and emulate it with a flash card you can pirate

maybe but if it is possible expect a bulky solution that sticks out , a sky 3ds type card is probably not going to be able to sit in the slot flush
