so can you only go on the sites in the three options or can you go on any site
read the FP ffs
What does this do?
This will allow you to redirect the stripped down webbrowser on the Nintendo Switch to do whatever you would like instead of the typical captive portal that is used to sign into wifi. An example of this can be found in the video and screenshots below

Great, now i just need to figure out how to get the host file to get plex working
Plex doesn't work anyway :(

Also, about some HTML5 content making it crash, does NOT happen when using Charles as proxy, only when doing the DNS method for some insane reason.

oh ok, does plex not work with either method?
Well, I didn't try Plex specifically with the DNS method, but it didn't even work with the non-crashing method, so I can't imagine there'd be a difference.
It's really sad, Plex would had been amazing on the Switch.

No Netflix client yet, no.

I sincerely hope they're not stupid enough to not make a browser eventually.

well its not like they havent put a browser on the device, look at the thread we are commenting on. But I can understand why nintendo hasnt yet. they are worried about the chances of people using the browser to run exploits. Look at the 3ds and wiiu, both had their browser exploited to the point where we got access to both systems

Well, apparently people already have code execution in userland, so it seems like they just assumed no one could exploit the applet, so they fucked their userbase regardless.

So I would just have to change the url in the xml files to get it to work?

you need to change the URL to
YOURPLEXSERVERIP:32400
I left it at HTTP, as it should not matter in this case

do not add /web, /web/ or /web/index.html or it will fail to load

you should change it Charles, not the XML since you can have multiple sites and check and uncheck them depending on which one you want to go to.
