Hello everyone!
Now system update 5.5.2 has came to wiiu, I tryed using dns block but didn't work, then I installed firmware spoof data but had an error, so I used ftpiiu_everywhere to delete a folder where download system update is, and it works. Here's the tutorial. Although it might be not possible to cause a brick, I'm not response to any brick, follow this tutorial at your own risk!
First, you need mocha, HBL and ftpiiu_everywhere on your sd card, open HBL by using Haxchi or Internet Browser exploit.
Second, please open mocha cfw, then you will go to wiiu menu, and reenter HBL, open ftpiiu_everywhere, use a ftp cilent to find your wiiu, and open NAND/storage_mlc/sys/ folder, delete the "update" folder, then press HOME button and go back to wiiu menu and go to system setting, touch "system update" option to start an update, if an error code (in my case 105-3012) appears, this means wiiu can download update data, but can't save it. And wiiu can't re-create that folder itself.
If you want to update, please create update folder in storage_mlc/sys/.
If you want to open eshop, nnupatcher is ok. I use JPN wiiu.
I'm a Chinese and my English is poor. If you find somewhere you can not understand or mistakes, feel free to correct me.
--------
The above is anew translate are better than me(thanks a 91wii.com number). And you can see simple-version tutorial on #5.

@Shaoxudong if you want, I helped you to simplify your guide ;)

What you need:
  • Mocha
  • HBL
  • ftpiiu_everywhere
Guide
  1. Start HBL via Browser or Haxchi
  2. Start Mocha and go back to the Home menu
  3. Start HBL again
  4. Open ftpiiu_everywhere
  5. Use FTP client to connect to your Wii U through its IP address
  6. Open this folder: NAND > storage_mlc > sys
  7. In "sys" you'll find the "update" folder: delete it
  8. Go back to Home menu
  9. Go to System settings > Update and try to update your Wii U. It will give 105-3012 error: this means that the system can download update data but it can't store them. Wii U can't re-create this folder
If you want to update again
  1. Follow the guide until "6."
  2. Create in "sys" a new "update" folder

If I only used the Browser method without getting any DS game for the Haxchi setup thing all this time, can I access the browser without getting a forced message to update?

Yes,but your wiiu with your computer or smart phone must on same local-network,and do not cilent to internet.use wiiu IE to open your local exploit server URL.

It's weird. I do have Haxchii installed, I do have mocha cfw. I did install the rednand but when using this method I don't have a nand folder.

I was hoping I could delete the update folder on my sysnand and update my rednand to 5.5.2.

Just some info, if you add back the update folder you will still get the error. Recreating the update folder still gives error 105-3012

I wonder if there were important hidden files in there or something. If that were the case then maybe it'd be better to just temporarily rename the folder rather than delete it.

I tried to rename it before deleting it but even my FTP client claiming the command was successful I was still seeing the update folder without any alteration there.

yeah... I'm kinda f***** here then.

I'm going to try to find the update files online and paste them using the ftpiiu and hopefully this fix this.
Well not really a problem, since fw version 5.5.1 has everything we need.
Maybe it has something to do with folder read/write attributes?

So my sysnand is fine and the files I need are there.
The only problem is that I can't ftp into /storage_mlc/sys on my sysnand, only on my rednand.

I have no NAND folder as claimed here. The update folder problem is only happening on my rednand.

So, is there any way to ftp into that folder from sysnand?

There isn't a NAND Folder, it's just /storage_mlc/
To run FTPiiU Everywhere you need sigpatches (just run mocha)
AND redNAND is pretty useless

Ok, everything is working once again.

The only problem is that I can't update rednand. I keep getting the error 162-4023.
