Hacking Thinking about getting a 2nd 360.... Questions about one I found

So I own a Trinity slim model xbox. (unmodded and I want to keep it that way)

I am looking at one right now on craigslist and it looks like its a Jasper V1?

They are looking for $60 for it saying it was never really used (just a few times) and it is in like new condition (Owned by an elderly man)

Is this a good deal? Should I get this?(or should I get a slim? Are these reliable like the slims?)

I'm thinking of modding it as well down the road. (main reason for looking for a 2nd xbox 360) Is this a good model to get if I want to do that?

Reballed many 360s - Trinitiy I only had no more than 5 rrod in my shop. Jaspers had a little higher failure rate but they were still rock solid. $60 for a Jasper seems worth it to me.

60 quid for a Jasper isn't bad.
Me boyfriend got a Jasper 512 MB for 40 quid tho.

Anyway, Jasper units are solid.
Just make sure you keep it ventilated and run some compressed air through it to knock dust loose.
You'll be fine.
