Gaming Troubles with Xbox Live?

So, I'm having troubles at the moment I try to claim Lego Star wars from Xbox Live Gold. Anyone having that trouble?

It could be that Lego star wars isn't available anymore as this months free game is AC3.

I have more than enough. I downloaded Star Wars Force Unleashed on May. I think it has something to do with the Payment Method (since I've changed the region on the last three months).

But I've downloaded all the games available with Games with Gold until Lego Star Wars (I have 360, not One yet).

I gave up. Now I'm trying to use PayPal and see if that helps anyway

I'm going to do that. Because now I just can't claim any 360 game. Only for One.

Odd.
You should be able to just purchase any 360 content on a 360 and BC titles on the One without a problem.
