No. That means that Nintendo can fix it in the next update, but if we were to hack it, we could install A9LH or create an emunand or use anything that requires a kexsploit on 11.0. Therefore, it would be much easier to get CFW for a while before a fix from Nintendo comes out.

The reason why we downgrade to 9.2 is to access an arm9 exploit that was patched out on later firmwares, so if an arm9 kernel exploit is released in the future, Nintendo could patch it out on later firmwares.

sure that works, though perhaps clarifying that any 3ds 11.0 from then on can b hacked but doesnt guarantee future hacks would work to

If they just added the requirement for system apps to use 11.0's NATIVE_FIRM, to my understanding, they would have also killed Hardmod/DSiware downgrades as well.

It seems 11.0 was a good update from a security standpoint.

I just see a little confusion here. People are as***les. They wont read your patiently written reasoning because it's not in bold, 54p font and 4 words long in front of their faces.

They'll just go "FrE€ 3dS G@€mS 1N 11.0 N@0, Pl0x" in every new thread.

Your effort is remarcable and it's well written. Thanks for your time, but I think it missed his target ( and it's not your fault ).
