    There are a few ways, the quickest is seeing if the sound is on YouTube or somewhere similar or you can extract the sound from the game itself which is more time-consuming.

    I'm having the same problem what i've noticed is the forwarders are overwriting existing ones so they are on the home screen at least for me at least. Which is why if Pokemon Diamond replaced FF3, if I delete Pokemon, FF3 goes off the homescreen. I'm currently trying to find a work around...
