nds-bootstrap:

Thanks to the work of ahezard, Gericom, Apache, Robz8, _catcatcat, and shutterbug2000 and other contributors, we can now load NDS games from the SD card, without any flashcard/SLOT-1 card.

Don't expect high compatibility, but do expect many, many updates.

Yeah, idk why that issue happens, when it works fine on DSi.
Probably something to do with how it reads the ROM from RAM.

By asking this, so I assume Radiant Historia should work in this version, right? Oh, the answer of yours question, well I'm not sure if its patched properly because when I used the xdelta patch from AP patch thread it throw an error so I do some googling and got code to patch it via hex editor

Try the DS-Scene ROM Tool, instead of using the xDelta patch.

That kinda sounds like an AP issue. Check to see if a patch exists. If not, it may be a bootstrap problem but lately it's usually been the former.
