Is this safe to do?

The only thing you can realistically break is the Nintendo Zone Viewer and it is fully reversible by just setting something in Luma or deleting the file

So I got another problem... I managed to get the .cia for the European version of Nintendo Zone Viewer, but when I try to install via FBI, I get "Install Successful" but no viewer shows up in FBI nor on the home screen.

Weirdly enough, it displays (at least in FBI) for the US version. The system is European, without any sort of region changing done.

EDIT: Solved. Built the CIA via .tmd instead of .app.

The 3DS always freezes when I try to press the home button. Basically, there's no way to exit Satellazone without rebooting.

The viewer is already preinstalled on your console. It is just set to not appear on the home menu. Are you sure that you installed the european version?

Yes. I had to create the title folder myself too because it was missing.

Does that thing have anything to do with the nintendo zone viewer? I didnt see anything aside from emulator talk in there.

it's bs-x last date DRM free world, can be used in emulators but works on real hardware like SD2snes. the only thing it, you'll only missing the others being online, and so there's not much to except you can go to that moment with about all the functions.
and when emulated you can setup a bradcast server with stellawave for the rest of functions, just that'll be hard to do on real hw since the satalite it want's to connect to has gone offline for some time now.

How do you build the cia via .tmd?

In GM9, select the tmd file, select "TMD file options..." and then "Build CIA (legit)". That worked for me, I don't know if the standard version would work.

Satella Zone is supposed to be a revival for the Nintendo Zone. It has nothing to do with the Satellaview.

i remember you , you’re the person that got banned on sudomemo right? Anyways it is possible to press the home menu button for me, and it doesn’t freezes.

Yes, that is me. And I hate how I'm banned; I could be on sudomemo all day now that I got my own 3DS instead of just borrowing a DSi.

he got banned because of drawing inappropriate thing in green chat. He was also the one that just had to bring up stuff that’s already done. Which everyone gave him hate, and it’s a good reason. When he got banned, he made a 2nd account which was banned instantly because you can’t make a 2nd account after you are banned.

There should be a "second chance system". I don't care if you have to pay like $15 for a second chance or prove yourself via another way, I should get a second chance. Not to mention that they made the first ban that I had permanent and unappealable.

They literally didn't mention "Hey, if you violate again, you will be permanently banned with no appeal" beforehand. They just left me to guess what would happen, and I was curious.

Also I read through the entire ToS like what, 3 times already?
