    Guys, this happens EVERY SINGLE WEEK, may you please read the entire thread before going buttmad? Their server BACKEND is under maintenance, why the codes are listed properly (the codes are just an xml file on their web frontend).

    Did you even read the rest of the post? I was referring to the fact that should Datel allowed us to use our own codes on our own saves, someone would eventually find a way to upload something that is not a save to their system, apply a null code and get the original file signed by their 3DS...

    That's not entirelly true. The reason why we cannot create our own codes is simply because we cannot. When Datel created this system, only 1-2 people were able to fully decrypt their save so they assumed we wouldn't be able to create codes anyway, as we didn't know what offsets of the save had...

    They cannot make it offline because not everyone has a 3DS that can execute arbitrary code. I think multiple people have explained this concept a million times on this thread as well as on the old one.

    The adapter is basically a plug with the correct shape and a serial <-> USB chip so you could technically code a piece of software that uses the dongle to work with NDS games. However, that is quite pointless considering how cheap flashcards are nowadays.

    The AES MAC is stored on a write-only chip so there's no way to dump it other than decapping and studying the chip itself. If you ask why can't we retrieve the AES MAC from the save, you clearly don't understand how AES works and you should definitelly check this...

    You say that like GameFAQs is a trustworthy sites that is totally not full of people like you. Please... Now, ontopic: They could have made the new WC codes get you the pokemon at level 50 at least, level 10 makes little sense when you can just use the other code for low levels.
