    Sorry for being so insistent, but are you sure you have version 9 HackingToolkit (V9)? I remember that the first time I did the same thing, but it was because I had version 12: HackingToolkit (V12) and only V9 works with decrypted roms If you use HackingToolkit (V9), then it could be a rom problem
