Yes, after exploit successful but payload did nothing, I did reboot. Anyway, I updated to 9.00 and exploit worked right away, and GoldHEN is online :) Beats having to run webkit exploit on 7.55 20 times before success!

Thanks, I think I will update. It seems easier to load the exploit successfully. I tried loading GoldHEN, too, from darkmodder's host, and it was "successful" but I never saw a notification toast saying it was installed, nor did I see anything new in Settings menu. I'm not sure why, because it...

    Tutorial PS4 Exploit Guide

Hi everyone, I am on 7.55 firmware, and using darkmodder's website to run exploit (cached, then disconnected from network). After exploit is successful, and I choose MIRA 7.5X for payload, the screen says Payload Loaded Successfully, but nothing else happens. If I go back to homescreen, there is...

I am on 7.50. If I load Mira, it is fine. Must be because have to install .PKG with GoldHEN for it to work, maybe? Found this tweet (https://twitter.com/_AlAzif/status/1103409348095561728) to see what RIF Renamer you mentioned does. Sounds like this is the problem.

I ran Mira a few weeks ago to install a .PKG file for a game. I've been using Mira ever since to be able to run these .PKG installed games. Today I loaded GoldHEN instead to try it out, but it shows the game as locked. Is this normal behavior? Meaning I have to reinstall with GoldHEN?

I am unlucky tonight. Three different hosts. Thirty minutes. Every time webkit exploit succeeds, kernel exploit fails and results in kernel panic

I need some clarification, I can use GoldenHEN instead of MIRA and still be able to run my own .pkg files?

PlayStation plans to give away 10 more games in the next few weeks, including Horizon Zero Dawn

Free is nice, but I would gladly pay for a PC copy if they would allow it on GeForce Now streaming service, but they are too scurred or something.

Have you tried using al azif for DNS? Also try to delete all the files in the update folder on the console.

    Tutorial PS4 Exploit Guide

Hi guys, I don't know how to use remote package installer, so I am going the route of using a USB device. Typically I am only playing one game at a time (and I have a separate NAS as primary storage for my data, so I don't feel a need to have a multi-TB device). Once done, on to the next one...

It was downloaded, luckily never self installed. So, I added the DNS from al azif, blocked a bunch of the update URLs on my router, was able to run exploit again, then used PS4-Xplorer to delete the junk in the update folder. I think this takes care of everything :mthr:

Ah, that makes sense. I get update available but I just ignore it or choose update later. Gonna switch to his DNS to be safe from now XD Thanks for the help!

What is the right way to use the DNS server? I'm not sure where to find it, either. I tried the one on al azif's github (under Using remote DNS) but it couldn't test Internet connection. Can it access an exploit host other than al azif's own page?

    Tutorial PS4 Exploit Guide

Thanks. I'm not sure the best way to keep/run the exploit at the moment (for 7.50). I've clear cookies/cache occasionally when the exploit fails too many times (which I think makes it more successful but probably a biased observation), but I assume that wipes out the cached and I have to...

Hi guys, does cache the exploit webpage survive reboot/hard crashes?
